In House Corporate Lawyer sought by a technology company - ideally looking for someone around the 2-5 years PQE mark. Ideally looking for someone who has practice and in house experience to date. A pre-requsite is for a lawyer with IPO experience on a regulated exchange. Excellent communication skills, brilliant organisational ability, M&A experience, you will be reporting directly to the CEO and Founder and supervised and mentored by senior General Counsel. This is an entrepreneurial role working with a fast moving British technology investment company. You will be responsible for the legal due diligence for the IPO as well as general work to assist in all legal aspects of a high growth technology investment firm. Great opportunity to get actual hands on corporate finance experience working closely with a British technology entrepreneur. Full time permanent role and will be hybrid working between home based and the company's offices in Vauxhall, London.
